Margo Mallorca, as the person responsible for the Website, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), regarding the protection of natural persons in relation to the treatment of personal data and the free movement of these data and other current regulations on the protection of personal data, and by Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSICE), informs you that it has implemented the necessary security measures, of a technical and organizational nature, to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data entered.

2. Purpose of the processing

Your personal data will only be used for the following purposes:

According to the LSSICE, Margo Mallorca does not engage in SPAM practices; therefore, it does not send commercial emails that have not been previously requested or authorized by the User. Consequently, in all communications you receive from the lender, the user has the possibility to cancel their express consent to receive our communications.

We will not process your personal data for any purpose other than those described, except by legal obligation or judicial requirement.

Your data will be kept as long as the commercial relationship with us lasts or until you exercise your right of cancellation, opposition, or limitation of processing. However, we will retain certain personal identification and traffic data for a maximum period of 2 years if required by Judges and Courts or to initiate internal actions derived from the improper use of the website. 5. Rights of interested parties

As an interested party, you may request the exercise of the following rights before Margo Mallorca by sending a letter to the postal address in the header or by sending an email to margo@margomallorca.com indicating as Subject: “LOPD, ARCO Rights”, and attaching a photocopy of your ID or any similar legal means, as indicated by law.

Information we collect:

Through this Privacy Policy, we inform you that the photographs published on the website are the property of Margo Mallorca, including those of minors, in which, to obtain them, the prior consent of the parents, guardians, or legal representatives has been obtained by signing the forms created for this purpose by the centers where the minors are part. However, parents, guardians, or representatives of minors, as holders of the exercise of their rights, and always upon formal written request, may indicate their refusal to use the minor’s image; in this case, the image will be pixelated.

Margo Mallorca may have a presence on social networks. The processing of data carried out for people who become followers on social networks (and/or carry out any link or connection action through social networks) of the official pages of Margo Mallorca will be governed by this section, as well as by those conditions of use, privacy policies, and access regulations belonging to the social network that applies in each case and previously accepted by the user.

Margo Mallorca will process your data to correctly manage its presence on the social network, inform you of the activities, products, or services of the lender, as well as for any other purpose allowed by the social media regulations.

It is prohibited to publish content:

The language applicable to this Privacy Policy is Spanish. Therefore, if there is any contradiction with any of the versions provided in other languages, the Spanish version will prevail.

11. Legislation

In general, the relations between Margo Mallorca and the Users of its telematic services, present on this Website, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction to which the parties expressly submit, being competent for the resolution of all disputes derived from or related to its use the Courts and Tribunals of the Balearic Islands.
