We perform Bi-weekly supervision and constant security checks. Additionally, we have a Drone recording service for visual inspections of roofs and exteriors, allowing you to see the real state of your property from abroad.

Budgets and rates
Our rates are not fixed, as they depend on your home’s specific features: the Surface area, whether it has a garden or pool, and the level of services you need to hire.
The standard process is to arrange a First visit where you explain your needs.
After viewing the property, we provide a No-obligation quote. If you live abroad, we can conduct the first contact remotely.
Special services and arrival
It is a service designed for your arrival to be pure relaxation. We handle the Basic shopping, prepare the beds, clean the house and turn on the air conditioning so you find your home at the Ideal temperature when you open the door.
No, we do not provide direct legal or tax advice.
We act as a Local link with the administration to facilitate procedures and deadlines. If necessary, we collaborate with agencies and External specialists.
Yes, we have a Marine carpentry line for the construction and repair of gangways, decks and other specific wooden elements for vessels.
