Protection against weather contingencies
We know that the island’s climate can be changeable. Therefore, in case of adverse weather conditions, we will attend the same day to perform an Inspection of the exterior of the property and verify that there are no damages.
Action protocol and breakdowns
Transparency is our foundation. In case of locating any breakdown or incident, we will communicate With the owners. We will never perform any action or task without having previously requested and received your Authorization.
What does the basic service include?
- Security control: we check that all doors and windows are correctly closed and show no signs of having been forced.
- Odor prevention: we open the stopcocks and run the water in taps and toilets to fill the siphons and avoid bad smells.
- Natural ventilation: we open the windows to renew the air and maintain a healthy environment inside.
- Drone inspection: we review the upper part of the house, roofs and terraces to detect anomalies invisible from the ground.
- Electrical review: we check the status of the electrical panel to ensure the supply and avoid accidental cuts.
- Filter cleaning: we perform a periodic cleaning of the water filters of the taps and the general filter if it exists.
- Mail management: we empty the mailbox and notify you immediately if we receive any letter that seems important.
